How accurate is the AI?

Good enough to speed up an inspector, not to replace one. ReeferProof highlights candidate damage and the inspector confirms the call — that's the honest, safe way to run it today. Accuracy improves during the pilot because the model learns on your own containers.

What do we have to install?

Nothing. Any inspector with a smartphone can run it on day one — no cameras, gantries, or gate hardware, and no system integration to start the pilot.

Who owns the photos and data?

You do. Your images are used to build your container records and to improve detection for your fleet — they aren't sold or shared. Data-handling details are agreed in the pilot terms.

Which damage does it cover?

Structural and exterior damage visible in photos — dents, rust, holes, deformation on panels, doors and rails — on both dry and reefer (refrigerated) containers. Reefer machinery and cold-chain checks (PTI) are a separate workflow and not part of this detector.

How does the before/after comparison work?

Each container is matched by its ISO 6346 number. The arrival inspection is compared against the stored gate-out baseline, and only damage that wasn't there before is flagged as new — with the location and timestamps that make it dispute-ready.

What happens after the pilot?

You keep the records created during the pilot. If it's working, we agree simple per-container or subscription pricing — nothing is charged during the pilot itself.
